We always ship your jewelry worldwide as an insured package via DHL.

Shipping within Germany is free of shipping costs and takes 1-3 working days after your order has been produced. The production time of your order is always stated on the product page.

This means that if the production time is 4-5 weeks, the delivery time will be calculated after completion of your jewellery.

EU countries abroad: 
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (southern part), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

The shipping costs to EU countries abroad are €8.00 and usually take 4-8 working days. Standard delivery to EU countries abroad is free of charge for a delivery with a value of €200 or more. 

Switzerland:
Shipping costs for orders from Switzerland are €12.00 and usually take 6-21 working days. Standard delivery to Switzerland is free for an order with a value of €500 or more. 
The invoice of customs fees for your goods will be sent to you by customs and are not included in the shipping costs.

Rest of Europe:
For the delivery of international orders from non-EU countries, we charge shipping costs of €12.00. Shipping is free for orders with a value of €500 or more.

USA and Canada:
The shipping costs for orders to the United States and Canada are €12 and are free for orders with a value of €500 or more. The delivery takes 10-12 working days.

North African areas, Middle East, parts of Asia:
Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestinian territories, St. Pierre and Miquelon (France), Syria, Tunisia, Virgin Islands (US)

The shipping costs to these countries are €16 and have a delivery time of 10-14 working days. Shipping is free for orders with a value of €400 or more.
